Terms of Service

Tuitionslip is operated by Lot 313, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and us for your use of this website and your purchase of Tuitionslip. They supplement the general Terms of Service of Lot 313, LLC, which operates Tuitionslip; those general terms apply to anything these Terms do not cover; where the two conflict, these Terms apply to Tuitionslip. By making a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

What you buy

Tuitionslip season pass: year-end childcare payment statements as PDF files for every family found in one payments file, made in the browser and bundled in a ZIP, $19 per season (one season is one tax year). One family's statement is free.

The statements are made in your own browser the moment you ask for them; nothing is sent to you by email or stored for you to download later.

Tuitionslip is a digital product delivered online. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Prices, payment and tax

Prices are shown before purchase. Digital purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments: for those purchases, Link (a Stripe service) is the seller of record. Link collects payment and any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, sends your receipt, and offers order and payment support, and the terms shown at checkout also apply to your purchase. Where checkout does not show Link as the seller, Stripe processes the payment for us and we are the seller. Either way, we provide the product, and these Terms govern the product itself.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase: email support with your receipt.

To ask for a refund, contact us (below) with the email address used at checkout. For purchases sold through Link you can also ask Link support, which may issue refunds under its own policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show them. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.

Product terms

• A payment statement is a record of the payments you enter or load. You are responsible for checking that its names, dates and amounts are right before you give it to anyone.
• Tuitionslip does not prepare or file tax returns, does not give tax or legal advice, and does not promise that any person, employer, plan or agency will accept a statement.
• Price: the season pass costs $19 per season. One season is one tax year, the calendar year the payments were made in. It is not a subscription and does not renew on its own. One family's statement is free and needs no payment.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. After checkout you return to tuitionslip.com/unlock, where your license key is shown and unlocks all families for that season.
• The season pass is a license key that unlocks statements for every family in the browser that holds it. A refund within 14 days ends the key: it stops working once the purchase is refunded or disputed.
• The payments file is read in your browser; keep your own copy of the file and of the PDFs you make.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, send us only content you have the right to share, and use Tuitionslip lawfully. Do not misuse this website or interfere with its operation. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you send us and permit us to use it only to provide Tuitionslip to you. Once you have paid, you may use your deliverable for your own business, including editing and publishing it. This website and our materials otherwise remain ours.

No guarantee of results; disclaimer

We do not guarantee any business outcome, such as traffic, rankings, conversions or revenue. Apart from the commitments in these Terms and on the product page, Tuitionslip is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Tuitionslip or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for Tuitionslip in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies to purchases made on or after that date.
