Privacy Policy

Tuitionslip is operated by Lot 313, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy explains what Tuitionslip collects when you visit this website, buy from us or contact us, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

• Nothing you type or choose in the generator reaches our server: your business details, tax ID, family names, children's names, payments and the payments file are processed in your browser and never uploaded, logged or stored by us.
• Aggregate visit counts from a cookieless page-view counter.
• Messages you send us, and anything you include in them, including your email address if you email support.
• When you buy the season pass: we keep the checkout session id, the date, and whether the purchase was later refunded or disputed, so we can issue your license key, honour a refund and recheck that a key is still valid. Your license key is kept in your browser; our server receives it, and on the page you return to after paying the checkout session id, when you unlock. Payment details are entered only on the payment provider's checkout page.
• Your name, email address and billing details when you check out. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page; we never receive or store your full card number.
• If you arrive from one of our ads: the ad click identifier in the link you followed, which we keep with your order.
• Technical data our hosting provider processes to serve and protect this website, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate (page, referrer, country, browser type). It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites; like any web request, Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser user agent to do this. Query strings are not recorded. It loads one script from Cloudflare. This website loads no advertising scripts, and we look only at aggregate traffic statistics.

The generator runs entirely in your browser. Your business details, tax ID, family and children's names, payments and any payments file you choose are used only in that tab to make the PDF files you ask for. They are never sent to our servers, and closing or reloading the page clears them.

The tax ID field is hidden while you type and is printed in full only on the PDF files you make on your own device.

The only request the generator makes is checking a season pass license key with our server, and it sends the key and nothing else. Free use makes no request at all.

The generator page loads no outside script: its one script is downloaded from this site and runs only on your device. The cookieless Cloudflare page-view counter runs on the other pages only, never on the generator.

How we use it

• to deliver what you bought and to communicate with you about your order;
• to answer support questions and handle refund requests;
• to measure which of our ads lead to purchases;
• to keep accounting, tax and legal records;
• to prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the website working.

Business email

If we emailed you about Tuitionslip, we used your business contact details (name, work email address, job title and company) from publicly available sources and business contact data providers, because your role suggested the product could be relevant to your business. Every such email has an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, we will not email you about Tuitionslip again, and we keep only the minimum record needed to honor that request.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Tuitionslip, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Stripe, our payment processor, and Link, the Stripe service that acts as seller of record for purchases made through Stripe Managed Payments (payments, tax, receipts and order support);
• cloud hosting and content delivery providers (serving and protecting this website, and aggregate traffic statistics);
• email routing and customer-support service providers (receiving the emails you send to our support address, sorting them and preparing draft replies);
• advertising platforms (to measure our ads: when you arrive from an ad and buy, the ad click identifier and the purchase value);
• professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Payments are processed by Stripe, including Link for purchases made through Stripe Managed Payments, under the Stripe Privacy Policy (which covers Link).

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send us, and your order details, only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, and then delete it. Copies of support emails kept to sort them and prepare replies are usually held for up to 90 days (up to 12 months if a message could not be delivered to us and is still being handled), after which their sender, subject, message and draft replies are deleted; the support emails themselves are kept only as long as needed to answer you and meet legal obligations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, the UK or the EU), you may have further rights, such as to receive a copy of your data, or to opt out of or object to certain uses, including sharing for ad measurement. Contact us from the email address you used with us; we will respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for making a request. If we must keep some records by law, we will tell you.

Security

We use established service providers and limit access to your information to what is needed to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Children

Tuitionslip is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
